There should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail up on top the motor before it gets to the injectors, relieve all fuel pressure, and then remove the valve core from the schrader valve with a valve core tool. Connect a small rubber hose over the schrader valve and put the other end into a small bucket. Cycle the key in the ignition, but do not start the car, and this will cause the fuel pump to pump small amounts of fresh fuel from the tank through the lines and out into the bucket. Do this as many times as it takes until the old fuel is out of the lines. Your schrader valve will look similar to the picture

You say you had the front hubs replaced do you mean the brake rotors. This sounds like a wheel bearing problem it would make a noise and also as the bearing degrades the wheel wil start to wobble .This would effict brakes traction and stibelty sensors .Who replaced the parts they would be responsable if you had a warrenty Jack the vehicle up front 1 wheel at a time grap the tire top and bottom it should not move in and out at all if so its a bearing the whole system rides on the bearings . This is a system so check rotor pads calipers sensors it all has to work together

Connect it to a code reader scan tool. The engine light codes will tell you some of the reason, but Jeff's answer is far better than mine regarding how all this stuff works..

Could be gearbox, could be clutch thrust bearing could be almost anything to do with the transmission.
