Multiple electrical issues on a mid 2000 Chrysler product is almost always a bad Intelligent Power Module. Incredibly bad German engineering (Damiler era engineering) on those. Located under the hood with no water or corrosion protection inside on the circuit boards. Get it diagnosed. Several companies sell rebuilt IPMs, but they still run around $500 plus diagnostic and labor.

There's a panel when you open the driver's side door on the side of the dashboard that faces the door. Remove the panel, it just snaps off. In the center of the fuse box, fuse no. 17 is the power top fuse. You may also want to lubricate the pivot points in the power top mechanism to prevent future failure. https://images.app.goo.gl/J9pkFEhiUrkJqv2X9

The old switch had a chip in it that pairs with the chip in your key. Now you have a new ignition switch, the anti-theft system thinks your key is trying to steal it!

I think you got the wrong brake kit size
If you have the original roto and the calipers and pad don't fit you got the wrong size .

Should be under passenger seat or right front kick panel near the firewall, or behind the radio. Or in the trunk. Dodge and Chrysler are usually under the front passenger seat. I would check there first.

You will have to either pay a locksmith (they have to have the right computer) or the dealer to program one of them. If they do both for same price great, but once you have 2, you can program any others yourself.
