I am looking at buying a 2003 Outback. I have been trying to do as much research as possible but remain a little confused. I have read about head gasket problems and elsewhere read that in 2003 that problem was fixed. I can't afford alot of repair bills, and need to know what might be in store and how much I might expect to pay for average maintainance. I will appreciate any help and info. anyone might be able to give me.
