You will have white smoke coming out of the tail pipe
or you can pull the spark plugs and you will see anti freeze deposits on the spark plug

sry didn't see the ATV part you will have to put air pressure to the cylinder and se if it will hold pressure this will tell you if the head/jug needs to come off

Do a cylinder leak-down test. This will tell you whether it is not holding compression. If it doesn't hold pressure, you will have to pull the head off anyway and can check the head gasket then.

I have anti freeze squirting out reseivor cap

How full is the reservoir when engine is cold. Should only be about a 1/3 full.
Does it keep over flowing as long as the motor is running. Or does it just go up as the engine is warming up and then stop.
Are there any air bubbles coming through the line into the reservoir as the engine is running. If there are air bubbles as the motor is running you most likely have a blown head gasket or a cracked head.

White/blue smoke coming out my 2004 400 dvx exhaust pipes

White smoke would be water. Blue smoke would be oil. Was the engine overheated ? If so probably a blown head gasket. Check oil and water to see how low they are and how milky they are.

Suspect rings or blown head gasket. Do a compression test. Look at the oil. Milky? Look at the water. Oily?
