I bought a 73 arctic cat jag 3000, was running great, now it doesn't want to stay running for more than a minute. It looks to me like its not getting enough fuel through the fuel pump to the carbs

You may have a clogged filter sock in the fuel tank pickup, pull the fuel tank and make sure there isn't gunk or dirt in it. If there is you will need to rebuild the carbs.

I have a 2005 Arctic Cat 500 that will crank and run great. Push the throttle acts starving for gas. I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel line, and cleaned the tank. Also replaced carb. NEED HELP!

Try running it with the cap off the tank. Sometimes the cap will fail and wont allow air back into the tank when you draw fuel from it. This starves the engine of fuel.

Has good compression, getting fuel, plenty of spark, wont start

Then either the fuel is bad or it's flooded. Dry the plug, crank it without the plug to fry the cylinder & start with starter fluid to replace fuel. If it starts. Clean & blow out the entire fuel system, lines, pump, carb. Good luck.

I have a 2003 polaris/330 trail boss with a fuel problem. i had carb rebuilt at a shop .cleaned, new needle & seat installed. new plug, carb vent/ equalizer cleaned, tank vent clean. starts fine, runs...

there's a vent on the carb they might've have missed, the line could be clogged. insects and mud get in them. plus it could be the petcock on the tank. take it out and make sure the screens, are cleaned etc.

Not getting fuel to carb

check fuel valve in tank for clogged screen . take it apart and clean it first . 2012 doubt it .then follow the line to the carb .is it injected ? might have a blown fuse for the pump . check all fuses . some you could hear the pump run when you first turn the ignition on .

I have a polaris 400 sportsman atv. I haven't started it in 2 plus years, the battery is fully charged, it will not start. I put some gas in the tank.

you probably dont have a fuel pump issue, atv's after sitting have a problem of not starting due to carb gumming up. if its fuel injected, then i would say poss fuel pump but if not, the carb gummed is more than likey the issue.
