Question about Polaris ATV
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Initially, postback with the exact model number something like 2000 Magnum 325 4X4 if it were a Polaris ATV.
Offhand, the term 'needle' implies the main valve that allow fuel from the carb bowl to spray out towards the intake manifold. Depending on what carburetor it is attached to, it will either move by directly throttle cable pulling it or by a diaphragm activated by the vacuum developed in the intake manifold. Failure to move would then be either a faulty cable link/mechanism or poor or no vacuum.
Incidentally, the needle would also not move due to corrosion, the slider stuck, tear on the diaphragm, accelerator / throttle faulty, missing end stopper.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
