Question about Polaris ATV
Check the coolant level. Check the front screen for blockage. Is the electric fan operating? Check the fuses under the front panel.

2003 Polaris 700/twin cyl. over heats when it is 68 degrees. Riding 2-up through sanding trails. Trying a stronger antifreeze mixture, I also tested the thermostat by boiling water in the kitchen, all OK ay 195 degrees. Planning on putting a pusher air fan on the other side of the radiator, should be ready for Daytona, lol. Al, Wisc.
