Question about kawasaki 2007 Mule 610 4x4

My 610 Mule keeps quitting when I go uphill. Like it isn't getting gas. sputters to a stop & dies.

Spuptters and doesn't have any power going uphill. runs fine on level or downhill.

you probably mean workshop manual so type that instead of service

I have a 2012 Kawasaki 610 xc mule with 200 hours ,I went to pull a log mostly full throttle,in 4x4 low range in reverse,,then smoke came from rear of mule,,,,did I burn belt or clutch or more set,

It starts but when I give it gas, why won't it take it?


dirty carburettor is where i would check first.remove it and clean the inside out really good.remove everything inside and take note where things go back.it is not a hard job

sounds like electric fuel pump when it quits,take fuel line off at carb turn key on you should hear pump and see fuel coming at line

HOW DO I REMOVE FRONT HUB ON MULE 2005


first off secure the buggies tyers with chocks either a brick or some wood blocks then proceed to jack up the tyre and axel you would like to remove - remove the tyre proceed to remove the hub once you have established where the bolts _ cotter pin etc are located

Front hub removing


remove the wheel then undo the big nut in the center then remove the brake caliper then remove the big nut and the hub will come off !

2011 Kawasaki Mule: Loses power when it warms up. even in cold weather. further you push the gas pedal less power it has.


If you have a vent hose coming out of your gas cap make sure it is not kinked. A kink in the hose will cause a vacuum in the gas tank and very slow gas delivery to engine, which would become apparent at higher engine rpms including after warm-up.
