2014 suzuki atv no light for nutral geer

Pull the grommet that holds the light in place, I dought it's an LED, so pull the bulb from the socket and test with a 9volt battery using 2 alligator clips. If it lights up you'll need a VOM to test voltage in the socket.

Polaris 325 magnum

It sounds like it could possibly be the ring gear in the rear differential. (Where the drive shaft enters the diff.) If the ring gear gets stripped the drive shaft will turn but it's not transferring that power to the rear axle. Lift the rear end off the ground and spin the rear wheel by hand. Listen for a clicking sound at the rear differential. If it is clicking then I would bet the ring gear is stripped.

Wont shift from nutral in to gear while running

Often, it mean that the clutch stay engage.
Now the question can be, is the idle to high for the clutch to disengage while at idle? you might try to reduce the idle speed by turning eather the nob on carburator or the ajustement on the cable.

then if the idle is very low and the clutch still engage (that is why you can not shift) you migh want to check at the clutch and see if it is not stuck.

the rear wheel is the adjustment. loosen the main axle bolt and slide the wheel back until chain is tighter. if it has rear suspension there should be a small amount of slack in the chain when done. retighten axle bolt.

The belt and pulleys are probably not the cause with the sound you are describing. To me it sounds more mechanical when you say grinding. Have you checked the rear dif?
