What and where is high tension lead on a 09 artic cat prowler xtx 700

The 'high tension lead', is also called the spark plug lead. It is a thick heavily insulated wire with a copper or carbon core that connects the high voltage electricity from the ignition coil to the top of the spark plug.

How do i check oil level in 2000 artic cat 250 2 x 4 atv

1600ml is the Arctic Cat recommended amount BUT if you check the KYMCO manual (the '06 250 is a kymco made for AC) it says the capacity is 1600ml but when you change oil it is 1400ml. This might explain why my oil level always seems higher than it should be. You can check the level with the site glass on the side.

Also on the 250, you also have to change transmission fluid separately. It uses the gear oil NOT engine oil.
