I have anti freeze squirting out reseivor cap

How full is the reservoir when engine is cold. Should only be about a 1/3 full.
Does it keep over flowing as long as the motor is running. Or does it just go up as the engine is warming up and then stop.
Are there any air bubbles coming through the line into the reservoir as the engine is running. If there are air bubbles as the motor is running you most likely have a blown head gasket or a cracked head.

i would assume your rear final drives turned to a pile of scrap iron. you will only have front wheel drive and it will sound like a rock tumbler coming from the back when you take off. most likely $1000 - $1500 to repair. then tell the kids allowed to drive it to stop revving it up before they put into gear its cool but it breaks stuff lol hope this helps

How to adiust drive belt on Kawasaki Prairie 360

Once you get the black cover off you'll need to remove the driven clutch and take out a couple shims. Be careful not to lose any parts.
Most dealers have a set rate for that and it may be of your best interest to take it to a dealer. It's not that it's complicated it's just that there is a proper measurement for the correct tension. If the tension isn't correct you may find your bike stalling on you when you come to an abrupt stop.
