My artic cat 500 4x4 will have its temperature light on. Then it overheats and smoke comes out of the front part of the four wheeler. What can I do to fix it?
It Is not getting lubrication to part of the engine. Take it to a shop before you destroy the engine.

YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE APART AND PUT A BIGGER RUBBER O RING INTO IT.

If it has in line fuel filter it may be clogged also if tank is located in the rear you may have fuel pump problem. Most that set forward or above engine are gravity fed and have fuel on and off be petcocks with screen type filter in small bowl at bottom which can be removed and cleaned. The screen will above bowl threads in the petcock. Hope this helps,
