You may have dirty air filter . Have you done anything different to it like take the air box lid off I tried to run mine with the lid off idles fun but you would give it gas and bogs down if not try cleaning the filter . If that doesn't work your carb could be dirty I would only run 91 octane or higher the 87 could cause our carb to gum up if carb gets gummed up engine won't get enuf gas . It's either the air filter or carb

Clutch stays engaged at idle

Warm the engine up then turn the idle speed down as low as possible to see if it will go into gear. If turning the idle down seems to work, turn the idle back up just enough to support running when the engine is warm. If your engine will not idle well then it may need carb work or other engine work such as a tune up.

Wont shift from nutral in to gear while running

Often, it mean that the clutch stay engage.
Now the question can be, is the idle to high for the clutch to disengage while at idle? you might try to reduce the idle speed by turning eather the nob on carburator or the ajustement on the cable.

then if the idle is very low and the clutch still engage (that is why you can not shift) you migh want to check at the clutch and see if it is not stuck.
