First disconnect the black wire at the CDI to isolate the ignition from the kill system. If still no spark, check stator exciter coil BLK/R to R for 226 ohms. Check pulser W/R to W for 97 ohms. if u dont read the required readings u wud probably need replacements

Did you change your spark plug? Just because you have good spark does not mean the plug is firing under compression or the porcelain is not cracked. check them too.....
If this is 2 stroke not a bad job. A matter of pulling the jug, checking it for size, getting it honed and replacing the rings.
If it is a 4 stroke now you have a bigger task and a lot more work to do. If you have not done this before you should get help or take it to a service center.

good luck have a nice day

Do u have power to the ignition module? most times the wiring is the problem, test the wiring for corroded connectors or loose pins, very common problem

Hi there.
Check the HT leads that connect to the spark plugs, if there is a break in one of these leads then the car will not fire up.
The best way to check them is get a friend to hold one close to the top of the spark plug while you turn over the engine, if your friend see's a arc of electricity from all 4 leads then they are ok and you just might need to gap the spark plugs properly. If not then the HT leads maybe degraded and need replacing.
Please post back with the results and for anymore help if necessary.

Good luck

If your not getting a spark from the HT lead to the head of the spark plug the its the HT leads which may have to be replaced.
Another place to check is the distributor cap, check the lead that goes in the middle of the distributor cap because that could be faulty, if you can open the distributor cap spray it with WD-40 along with the rest of the leads.

My 1999 Polaris 250 trailblazer has no spark please help

Probably the ECM, if you have a good, charged battery, spark plug, wiring is not damaged, and kill switches are in "run".

Shut machine off then go to restart and it wont fire

if thats all the info you have you need to take it to the dealer.
those have way to many possible problems.
1. bad spark plug seal, dirt fills up the entire spark plug hole especially sand.
2. they have fuel pump pressure issues due to poorly constructed fuel pressure regulators.
3. fuel pump itself
4. if intake or exhaust is modified it may overheat after it shuts off (engines get much hotter after they are shut down) will not start if too hot
5. one of the three ignition coil might be failing
6. CDI may have failed
7. Spark plug might be hot fowled.

I have a kawasaki mojave 250 with low spark i think it could be the cdi box but i am not shure

its not likely the cdi if you have any spark. check the cable, coil and spark plug cap (over looked a lot!) for the correct resistances.

fyi, something to watch out for on those is bad crank seals. will allow a lot of air in and cause the engine self destruct. before the cdi try simpler things like coil and making sure all the wiring is right. good pickup coil.
