Question about Polaris ATV
I would guess there is a broken wire in the headlight pod behind the cluster. It may not be very visible if it works intermittently. Polaris doesn't allow for a lot of slack in the wiring harness and the wires pull apart inside the insulator when the handlebars are turned. You can either disassemble the headlight pod and check wires or install a new wiring harness. Best of luck, Daniel.
