I need a repair manual for a Yamaha Raptor ATV (model #YFM80WR). Do you have this?

Fixya doesn't. Try Googling (Yamaha)(YFM80WR)(manual) without parens. You may have to refine your search to get a repair manual.

APEARS TO BE LEAKING OIL FROM CRANK CASE IS THERE SOMTHIN IM MISSING THATS COMIN WITH THOSE

If oil is coming out then a seal is leaking, If you have had someone do repair work then take it back to them and get them to fix it. If you did the work yourself then you will need to replace the faulty seal.

2011 Yamaha grizzly 700 special edition there is a plastic cover missing by left foot peg do you know what it is called looks like it covers oil dip stick area

These are often called plastic side covers or cowlings. Your Yamaha dealer should be able to give a quote on the price and then you can seek the part for much less elsewhere.

Yamaha 2005 raptor 80- clutch not engaging

ever put a clutch in? 100% sure you have the discs in right? It could very well be that it is adjusted too tight and won't release the clutch. Usually happens when you go from a bad bad over adjusted clutch to a nice new one.
