650 outlander started up then died and would not start back. check eng light came on and would not turn over,hear the fuel pump come on then eng light come on.

When it does not start spray come starter fluid into the throttle body/carb to see if it will run. If so, it is a fuel problem. Also check electrical connections for looseness.
Possible contamination of the fuel with water.

Does the clicking sound you hear sound like the fuel pump pressurizing the fuel line? I am not sure if the TRX has a built in regulator on the fuel pump, or if it is separate, but it sounds like either the regulator or the pump, you can pick up most fuel pumps for ATV's on amazon for 20 to 30 bucks, I would try that.

Check fuses first. Verify you have spark at plugs, clean/replace plugs if wet with fuel. Verify you have fuel. Spray carb cleaner or starting fluid into intake , is she starts for a second investigate your fuel filter or pump.

sounds like electric fuel pump when it quits,take fuel line off at carb turn key on you should hear pump and see fuel coming at line

If you didnt flush the fuel tank you probably have water in the carb again.

john deere trail buck 2005 650 when accelerating before it gets to top starts cutting out pretty bad. In the high altitude it was doing that and not it does it here in MO. What causes this a weak fuel pump? Thank

The battery voltage on a Suzuki I had would drop low enough during cranking with the electric starter motor not allowing the spark to be strong enough to run, the voltage regulator also didn't function correctly once and as the battery voltage dropped during operation engine would start to bog down and cut out due to low voltage for the ignition system.

Try changing your fuel filter
