Hello Anom,

I do need more information to truly help you. Has the ATV (??..engine size, carb, fuel inj., year,??..etc.).. been sitting for a while...the carb is probably in need of a simple cleaning (all internal passages), a new spark plug, clean/treat or replace the air filter will probably get it running!
Please post more info.

Is it air or liquid cooled?

sadly no clue what might be wrong with it perhaps low on fluid

there is a starter gear inside the engine that the starter must engage to turn the eng over. either its not engaging this gear or the bearing that holds the gear in place is worn out. starter splines are wore off.

Somewhere you have a bad connection. Trace the power line with a test light and find where you loose the current.
